Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:

• 21 or more days prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
• 15 to 20 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the prepayment is charged
• 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the prepayment is charged
• 1 to 6 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the prepayment is charged
• Departure prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the remainder of the stay is charged

The Porto Kea Suites Hotel Complex is comprised of 34 lavish, fully-equipped double rooms and suites (types garden view, superior, junior president and president) that offer comfortable and relaxing accommodation. Two of our suites are connected (by an adjoining door).

All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and include:

• a private marble bathroom with a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror and a scale. Some bathrooms have a tub and some have a shower.
• a small kitchen area with a microwave oven and an electrical water boiler

Also:

• a safe deposit box
• a spacious balcony or veranda with a lovely view of the sea or the hotel’s gardens

Several suites also include a living room or sitting area, while 12 of the suites have a stone-brick fireplace.
